Refinancing

Refinancing pays off your current mortgage with a new loan at today’s current rates. Lowering your interest rate can lower your monthly payments. Also available are cash out refinances. A cash out refinance taps into your home equity and turns a portion of that equity into cash.

Reverse Mortgages

If you’re over 62, you may be eligible to convert part of your home equity into cash from loan proceeds. You won’t have to sell your home or give up the title as long as the property taxes and homeowner’s insurance is kept up to date. You won’t need to take on any new mortgage payments.
