“It took me longer to write this review than to refinance with John. What I really liked about John is that he can work with everyone especially the modern day working couple. John answered my texts at 10pm, spoke to me via phone on Saturday's at 8pm. He understood our schedule and worked with us and was always available. John was also very professional and laid out all details and made sure we understood everything we were agreeing to and of course he was able to get us the best deal!
